Some things just can’t be done online

For example, when doing a lookup license plate investigation, in some cases the records that need to be searched are not in a digital form at all — it may be necessary to search printed records in order to find the information you are after. In a situation like this you will either have to visit the public records section yourself or else hire someone to search through the relevant books on your behalf.
