I’ve started to realize that a good portion of my customers actually live outside of the local calling area, which means that they have to call long distance, and we all know how expensive that can get. So, I definitely think that getting a 1-800 number would really improve our ability to serve our customers by giving them a cheaper and better alternative way to get the information that they need from us.
