Starting Things Out the Right Way

I got the money, though, and now they are all mine. I knew that I would have to use some apartment marketing techniques in order to get some tenants. I got a few ideas from a friend of mine who always owns apartment buildings. He told me a lot of great things, and I learned a lot from him. I have most of my apartments filled up, but I still have to fill up those empty ones.
