Saving on the Electric Bill
September 18th, 2009 . by adminI could not stand the price of our electric bill any longer. I was paying almost a quarter of my paycheck just on the electric bill! I live in a very hot area so the air conditioners are running non stop. I have two small children as well so I have to keep the house cool. When I found out that hip roof construction would help keep my house energy efficient, I was ready to put the money out. Not only did the roof provide a lot of shade, it kept the sun out of the house as well. I didn’t have to run my air conditioner nearly as much as my electric bill went down!
