I have been telling my landlord that the fire escape ladder needs to be replaced.
December 31st, 2007 . by adminI live in an apartment building. I have children, so I am always making sure that our surroundings are safe. I noticed that the fire escape ladder was in poor condition. It is the ladder that my children and I would have to utilize if a fire were to break out in out apartment. I have been telling my landlord that the ladder needs to be replaced. So far, he hasn't replaced the ladder. I am very concerned about this, and I would like to report the issue to someone else. I have never had a problem with my landlord before, but I am very concerned about the safety of my children.
