DIY Burglar Alarm Easier to Build Than You Think

It’s going to be a Rube Goldberg machine that will launch eggs into the face of an intruder if they stand in one place for the requisite 37 seconds after entry while the bowling ball rolls down the ramp to turn on the fan to blow the sailboat across the tub to light the candle with the match to heat up the chickens to lay the eggs. Obviously I’m just kidding, but I am going to set up a DIY burglar alarm that I found instructions how to build on the internet. It looks much simpler to build than what I just described, so don’t think it will be daunting if you want to try to build one yourself! Just don’t forget to keep the hamster well fed so that he’ll keep running in the wheel that powers it.
