Anaerobic exercise (exercise without oxygen) gets you breathing hard quickly. An example would be sprinting. You run all-out and end up exhausted and then it’s over. The benefit of aerobic exercise is that it is not as tiring so you can pace yourself. Meanwhile, anaerobic exercise takes less time. But both forms of exercise can help you lose stomach fat and start looking and feeling great.
