If you stray from this program however I can also say that you will start to lose muscle mass and fat will start to accumulate. While any fitness program entails some sort of exercise program you should be very mindful of what you eat as well. Keep this in mind as you watch the weight on your scale. Unfortunately with everyone’s hectic lifestyle that is getting tougher and tougher each passing day. We see the waistlines of everyone just getting bigger and bigger with each passing year.
