Allergies Could Be Caused By More Than One Thing

Mold spores cause many problems in the fall when you rake leaves or do yard work. Molds grow in wet, dark areas and the spores float in the air when you rake and disturb them. Indoor nasal allergies can be bothered by the outdoor things as well. But if you have indoor allergies, you should definitely be treated year round. Most indoor allergies are caused by dust mites and pets, two things that are pretty hard to eliminate from your life.
