And perhaps a level lower is the sound of teeth grinding. If you’ve ever been with or heard a person sleeping while grinding his or her teeth, you’d understand. Personally, I find the hair on the back of my neck and hairs stand on end. It may evoke different reactions to different people but the fact remains, grinding teeth is not a pleasant sound. So how do you know when you need a teeth grinding guard? When your whole household starts clamoring for you to get one that is.
