Where Can I Learn More About the Mostlyce Wysiwyg Editor?

Can anyone tell me where I can learn more about the Mostlyce Wysiwyg Editor? I have heard some good things about this editor from people so I want to check it out for myself. I am hoping that it will work well with my system and that it will be easy to use. It wouldn’t hurt if it was cheap as well since I tend to spend more on computer programs than I really should since I like to buy the best.
