Document Management Standards
February 29th, 2008 . by adminOur archive og documents is rapidly approaching a point where it will be unmanageable. It’s time to institute some
document management standards. We need to be able to find information quickly when we need it, and our present system isn’t cutting it.
After some investigation, I’ve settled on Online Document Management as the best choice for us. I think it would got a long way toward helping us get our arms around the problem.
Of course implementing the document management standards will be a pain. People are going to have to change their habits, and that’s never an easy thing to make happen.
