My friend Kathy told me that instead of going to college to become an accountant she was going to go to one of the local Dance Colleges. This surprised me because she had always told me that she was going to major in accounting and eventually join her father’s company. She told me that her real passion was dancing. I told her that she should pursue her dreams. I myself went into a career I came to dread. When I was younger I had always wanted to be a firefighter. I ended up working for a medium sized bank an have regretted it ever since.

If somebody calls you a doctor, do you automatically assume that they are talking about medicine? You might be surprised to learn that the word doctorate actually means to teach and that is what it has to do with in many different countries. Doctoral studies in Germany, for example, means that you have the ability to teach at university. In the United States, however, having a doctorate is not always qualify you to be able to teach individuals in a college setting. It does, however, mean that you have gone to college long enough and take in enough courses to earn that specific degree.

All lenders are different, they may try to compete with one another but that does not mean that they have the same offers and terms. When it comes to a graduate student loan it is important to shop around and look for a loan that fits your needs and requirements. Let lenders know what other lenders are telling you and do your best to get the best repayment terms and interest rates. Everything is negotiable and never set in stone. As the consumer you have the right to shop around for loans and terms that work for you and your current situation. Once you are done with school, you may consider trying to refinance consolidated student loans to get a lower interest rate.

A masters degree in interior design is considered to be a post-professional degree. If you’re looking to apply for direct entry with any given school you should fist have an undergraduate degree in interior design or a substantially equivalent field. Programs can be open to individuals who hold a previous bachelor's degree in another discipline however you may be expected to complete some preparatory coursework (could be up to 40 hours), in addition to requirements for the chosen graduate degree. You will of course need to check with the school that you’re interested in, to see what their program pre-requisites are.

A master's in computer science is definitely one of the most widely preferred courses these days. But despite its ever-increasing popularity, there are questions raised about the worth of a Master's Degree In Computer Science every now and then. While most people believe that a bachelor's degree in computer science alone is sufficient, it is not really so. This is because while a bachelor's program gives the students basic knowledge about computer sciences, a master's degree creates specialization. A master's program upgrades the skills of the student preparing him or her for better jobs and positions in the industry. Put in other words, the master's degree helps you move a step further on the career ladder.
