Need Some Help Deciding On A Law School? Check Out These Rankings

July 31st, 2009 . by admin

When I was told by my counselor to take a look online to see what all I could find about the different law schools that are around the country, I knew that I  was going to find some information, but what I did not expect to find was these really great law school rankings.  I mean, the beautiful thing about these rankings is the fact that they very simply show why all of the top schools are ranked the way that they are, based on several different things, like student to teacher ratio, and average grade point averages for the top group of students.

Check Out How Having A Toll Free Number Can Help Your Business Grow

June 24th, 2009 . by admin

I’ve been thinking about getting a toll free number for my local business, simply due to the fact that I have been getting comments from my customers that they would like to have an easier way to get a hold of my company so that they can get answers to questions and the like.  I’ve started to realize that a good portion of my customers actually live outside of the local calling area, which means that they have to call long distance, and we all know how expensive that can get.  So, I definitely think that getting a 1-800 number would really improve our ability to serve our customers by giving them a cheaper and better alternative way to get the information that they need from us.

Technical Schools Teach From a Realistic Platform

June 21st, 2009 . by admin

Some people have a negative option of technical schools. They seem to think that just because they do not come with a big time university name that the education is less worthy. This is just not the case. If a person knows what they want to do, going to a trade or technical school will allow them concentrate on only that field. As a student, you get to bypass all those courses that do not pertain to your chosen field. Your professors are usually someone who not only teaches but works in your industry of choice. Therefore, they can teach from a realistic and true platform.

The College of My Choice

May 17th, 2009 . by admin

I really want to go to Brown, but I need to figure out what I need to do to go there. I have been working and studying very hard, and I think my GPA may be perfect, if not very close to perfect. I know GPA is one of the main things they look at, but I know there are other things, too, and I want to be prepared. So, I have been looking into the requirements as specified by the Medical College Ceeb. There are so many things I could be doing to get into the right school, and I will do them all.

Looking for Schools with the Right Degrees and Sports for Me

April 18th, 2009 . by admin

I am trying to figure out which schools I should apply to. I want to make sure that I can keep playing my favorite sports, and I also want to make sure that the schools have the degrees that I am interested in. I have narrowed down my possible majors to a couple different choices, and I want to leave my options open until I take a few courses and see which I prefer. How can I find out which schools have the right sports and majors? Is there somewhere I can go for researching colleges to find out this information without going to each school’s website?

The program my uncle wants into

March 2nd, 2009 . by admin

I have always looked up to my uncle Roger. He has been all over the world working for a company that would do pretty much anything for him. Last week he got back from England and stayed over at my place because I live so close to the airport. That next morning over breakfast he told me that he was looking to get into a graduate school program. One of them he wanted to learn more about was the Iim Ahmedabad Executive Mba program. He told me that he really liked the thought of living in India and would go over there in a second.

February 24th, 2009 . by admin

A Msce Certificate is a great way to get job security and higher pay.  If you are certified with Msce, you will know more about working with Windows 2000 networks from the back office sense.  This course teaches you how to install, fix and even improve Windows 2000 networks.  If you get this certificate from an accredited school or online program, you will find your skills are in high demand.  Lots of companies use Windows 2000 networks now, so not only are your skills in demand they are almost required.  The course isn’t too long and it is well worth it for your career to obtain the certificate.

My friend chooses a different career.

December 3rd, 2008 . by admin

My friend Kathy told me that instead of going to college to become an accountant she was going to go to one of the local Dance Colleges. This surprised me because she had always told me that she was going to major in accounting and eventually join her father’s company. She told me that her real passion was dancing. I told her that she should pursue her dreams. I myself went into a career I came to dread. When I was younger I had always wanted to be a firefighter. I ended up working for a medium sized bank an have regretted it ever since.

Doctoral Studies In Different Countries

November 16th, 2008 . by admin

If somebody calls you a doctor, do you automatically assume that they are talking about medicine? You might be surprised to learn that the word doctorate actually means to teach and that is what it has to do with in many different countries. Doctoral studies in Germany, for example, means that you have the ability to teach at university. In the United States, however, having a doctorate is not always qualify you to be able to teach individuals in a college setting. It does, however, mean that you have gone to college long enough and take in enough courses to earn that specific degree.
