Whole Life Insurance Policy and Bankruptcy

February 25th, 2008 . by admin

Bankruptcy courts – never hospitable for determination of coverage disputes have historically characterized whole life insurance policy proceeds as failing to be the property of the estate. If policy proceeds are not property of the estate, coverage actions might not be subject to the automatic stay – even though the policy itself is property of the estate. This would allow an insurer to litigate coverage disputes arising under the policies in a more favorable forum. All of this may create some entitlement not available – or even imaginable -outside of bankruptcy for debtor-insureds or their bankruptcy estates.

Lemon Laws

February 20th, 2008 . by admin

Enough is enough. Time to take advantage of the local lemon laws. I’m not going to get stuck with a worthless piece of trash for the amount of money I paid. I’m sick and tired of being jerked around.
I know enough about Florida Lemon Laws to know that I’m in the right here. That dealer is going to rue the day he tried to mess with me.
I won’t lose any sleep over it, either. He brought it on himself.

In the UK, Freight Rover, the Birmingham-based trailer rv covers making operation which was acquired by Daf of the Netherlands last year, is still searching for a partner with which to develop a new van to replace its aging Sherpa range. In France, Renault has indicated that it has held discussions with other manufacturers on possible joint ventures, as it reviews the options for the eventual replacement of its Traffic range. To the alarm of some European participants in the industry, West Germany's Daimler-Benz has announced that it has reached a basic agreement with Mitsubishi of Japan for the joint development of light commercial vehicles in the medium van sector in the gross vehicle weight range of 2.2 to 4.6 tones.

Reliable Hybrid Minivans

February 4th, 2008 . by admin

Hybrid vehicles have been made ever since the beginning of the ’90s, but minivans have only come into the limelight around the year 2000. Minivans are reliable vehicles produced by Japanese companies for the American market. They are family cars who can carry large loads while preserving as good as possible a gas mileage for its class. The electric batteries allow for less polluting elements during errand running, which is not only healthy but planet-saving. The bestseller hybrid minivans belong to Toyota and Honda, but it seems another rival will be launched by Mazda in the near future. Technical and design improvements in the field of hybrid vehicles will surely lead to remarkable developments over the following decades.

Fuel economy modifications for better gas mileage

December 27th, 2007 . by admin

When I decided to investigate fuel economy modifications for my car I imagined that it would be a lot of work, and will probably entail changes to the body work and all sorts of difficult stuff. However, after taking some advice from a man who really knows his stuff in this department, I found that fuel economy modifications can be very simple, and can entail something as easy as not carrying around excess baggage in your car when you don’t need it. This may seem very simple, but not carrying that excess weight for several hundred miles can really add to your fuel economy, and over a period of months or a year or so it really adds up into some great savings.

How to install helmet lock for Yamaha

December 24th, 2007 . by admin

Has anyone ideas of doing – or has done a nice installation of these helmet locks under the YAMAHA top box adaptor?
