Buying a second condo was a chancey thing for me to do but it is the reason I was able to retire early.  Five years ago a friend needed to sell her apartment and was willing to let it go very cheaply.  It was a lot of money for me, but I dipped into my savings and bought it.  I then went online and listed it online as a vacation rental.  Soon I had several requests to rent it and that continued for the next few years.  The rental income more than paid the cost of owning the little condo and even generated a nice profit for me.  It was enough so that I was able to retire and enjoy the good life.

My best friend and I are going to be spending the summer cycling around the UK. We are very excited about our venture and plan to find as many back roads and lost little villages as possible. We also want to check out historic ruins and landmarks on our route. The trip will conclude somewhere near Cornwall. Our families will drive down to join us for a little vacation before we all head back home. When my mom went online and googled “holiday parks cornwall,” she actually found several parks and some very nice accomodations as well. I am looking forward to our great summer adventure. 

I am aware that my brother, a professional surfer, is getting married to her longtime girlfriend next month. We are not in speaking terms, but I still hope that he will have a wonderful marriage. I know that he is looking for nice deals on surf holidays. It would be nice if we get to talk to each other soon. I know where to find affordable packages for him and his future wife.
