The woman I use to date who is now a court reporter

December 14th, 2009 . by admin

I was at the gas station late Monday evening when a car pulled up behind me and a gal that sort of looked familiar got out of the car to pump some gas. After a minute or two she looked at me the same kind of way. It turned out to be my friend Amanda. The last time we had spoken was about six years ago. At the time she was telling me the average salary court reporter and judges made. I remember the conversation well because she went on to become a court reporter. We finished pumping our gas and exchanged business cards.

Power naps really are powerful

December 10th, 2009 . by admin

There are an awful lot of people who believe that taking a nap in the middle of the day is a sign of laziness. Then there are those who praise the power nap as being something indispensable for those who are truly successful. Who’s right? Well, let’s consider this: if you take a nap, you have two choices of how long you should sleep. A half hour cat nap is actually very refreshing because it only engages the outermost part of your mind. However, if you are really tired, you should try to sleep at least two hours because that allows your body to enter deep sleep. Try doing a nap for an hour or so and you’ll wake up more tired than when you went to sleep. It’s simple really and this site will tell you even more.

Conversation with an Exmormon

December 4th, 2009 . by admin

I would be very interested to have an open, candid, but non-confrontational conversation with an exmormon about their religious views. Though part of me knows it would just sadden me, I know that in some ways it might build my own testimony. I have a strong feeling that every exmormon who once had a testimony still has a testimony. The happiness that comes with the gospel of Jesus Christ cannot be forgotten. If it is lost, the intense pain and anger would understandably replace that. This perhaps reinforces my opinion that exmormons still know the Church is true; they just turn against it because things got too hard.

Free Illinois State Death Records Online

November 16th, 2009 . by admin

I just found a site online where you can do free public records searches and get free Illinois state death records and Marriage records as well as other public records. This would come in very handy for anyone needing to discreetly get information about someone who has passed away. There have been times that I have wondered about long, lost relatives and wondered when and where they died. I think that many other people could probably benefit from this site as well. It’s really important to be able to have access to public information when you need it and to not have to pay a lot of money for it as well.

Hosting is just not tea parties

October 3rd, 2009 . by admin

I had add another conversation with a friend of mine the other day only to realize were talking about different topics. His wife was involved in she thought when I said hosting I meant event at her house. The reality I was talking about Web hosting for a website. I told my friend to use a godaddy hosting promo code to get a deal on a one-year account. Then he would be able to install anything such as a photo album or content management system at the click of a button. If he had am not liking and he could easily remove it just as quickly. I think he appreciated The beauty of these coupons is that anyone can use them at any time. Is very happy as were we.

What is Accountability?

September 24th, 2009 . by admin

What is Accountability?  It’s usually a system of checks and balances that makes sure one is doing their job to its utmost.  It’s a good idea to always keep an eye on what is going on in a workplace.  Many people feel threatened with accountability practices.  But if you are doing your job correctly, you shouldn’t be threatened.  But sometimes I do think that the pressure associated with accountability practices is too much.  This is definitely the case in education.  Teachers are held responsible and parents are not.  Teachers can only do so much.  There should be the same checks and balances with parents that there are with teachers!

Probate estate sells produce stand

September 11th, 2009 . by admin

There are a lot of small business out there when you look at them you may think that the people that own them are dirt poor. Looks can be deceiving, I know because my brother in law had a produce stand in the outskirts of Tampa, Florida that looked like a dump. But the good news is that it was a huge money maker. When I was name executor of his probate estate we looked at his books and we were floored. The produce stand made over $2.1 million last year. When the accountant finished all of the books with the help of an estate attorney we sold the produce stand for over $4 million.

Venice injury attorney advises man after fall from hotel

September 7th, 2009 . by admin

A local Venice injury attorney has been hired by a tourist from England after the terrace railing collapsed and the man fell twenty feet.  Miraculously, the man survived the fall and is expected to make a full recovery. The hotel spokesman has said that after the recent hurricanes this one terrace railing may have been mistakenly thought to be without defect. The Venice injury attorney expects the local beach hotel to be completely cooperative in settling out of court and to assist with all medical expenses resulting from the accident. It is another example of the continuing efforts to rebuild the area after the hurricanes last season and the dangers that still may lurk.

Learn More About Radiology Programs

September 6th, 2009 . by admin

Do you know anyone that has recently finished one of the radiology programs? If you do then you should take some pointers from them if you are thinking about going into that very same program. You may be wondering why that is but trust me. Like ask them which college they would recommend. Ask them what they recommend for several things. You may not realize this but it could help you out a lot. It could help you pick the program that is right for you. If you wanted to you could sign up for it if you knew it is something you wanted to do.
