When I first went to work for my employer, the entire business consisted of five employees, one boss, and a tiny call center. No one suspected that our small website would become so popular and we weren’t prepared for the rush of customers. Within six months our staff doubled and the boss realized he couldn’t track his employees, our product’s quality, or even the paperwork. But he’s young and smart and soon installed Contract Management Software. With the new, efficient quality system, he is staying on top of his company and, incidentally, having a lot of fun with the new technology.
