I want to learn how to tell whether it is likely there is asbestos in a house, and when it is necessary to remove the asbestos and when there are other, less expensive options available. I want to be educated before I go out looking for homes to buy for my family. I know that it is a bit expensive to have asbestos abatement professionals remove asbestos, and that sometimes it is better to leave it alone. I have heard it is also possible to do the asbestos removal yourself.
