Microsoft partners also offer on-site training tailored to the organizations business process for the configuration of Dynamics CRM. CRM training tools and resources are designed specifically with the end-user in mind. CRM should be seen as an organizational initiative, as it will cultivate positive reactions to teamwork concepts, increased knowledge of teamwork principles, and improved teamwork performance in a better way. There is little doubt that the CRM model takes information from internal and external feeds in order to build up that picture of customers that managers require.
