I had never thought about it until it was pointed out to me that all of my media storage was not kept at the right temperature to ensure its safety. We are in the top loft of a business building downtown and during the week the office is kept nice and cool but on the weekends the building is not kept ventilated. We are now looking into Astron Document Management companies that can store our media surplus in the right temperature controlled atmosphere but also allow us access in to get them should we happen to have to work over a weekend.
