Into business for the first time
July 9th, 2008 . by adminI have never really thought about forming my own company and when I became self-employed I imagined I would just be able to do it using my own name. However, a friend who was being in business for some years told me that this was not a good idea, and so I decided to take a look at Delaware LLC formation as a way of making sure that I was legally protected and that my assets were separated in terms of personal liability and business liability. It really was a good piece of advice and I am really glad that I took it to heart.
