There is quite a lot that can be had from a proper  criminal record background check  for employers. For one thing, they can tell with such a check if employees or job applicants are dependable enough to be allowed to handle risky tasks. For instance, those with a record of child abuse should not allowed to be employed in schools nor should they be allowed to work with children in any capacity.
