Instead, they are plodding ahead, reassuring consumers that a Honda hybrid auto is still very much a priority to the company. In 2011, the Honda CR-Z is scheduled to be released. The CR-Z is a Honda hybrid auto that combines a sport, sleek, even futuristic look with great fuel-efficiency. Meanwhile, Honda will also release the Honda Global Subcompact Hybrid in 2009. Whether these two models will succeed in an ever-crowding field of hybrid automobiles remains to be seen, but it’s clear that Honda is not done making hybrid automobiles.
