In human anatomy, the cervical vertebrae are the bones located behind the skull, referenced to as C1-C7. Movement such as flexions, extensions of the head will be supported by the first cervical vertebra and the occipital bone. When rotating the head, the first and second vertebrae take the stress from the previous joint. During the cervical spine surgery procedure, these vertebrae can be accessed both from the front and the back of the spine.Viewed from the side, the cervical spine must present a slight inward curvature, called the lordosis. A patient might present a C shaped curvature, known as a kyphotic curve. Kyphosis will occur sometimes from iatrogenic causes, from a previous medical treatment such as laminotomy surgery. Another cause is when vertebrae heal within an improper alignment as a result of cervical spine surgery. Removing too much of facet joints will increase the looseness of the vertebrae, allowing them to bend excessively.

Working from home is great and all, but man do I get a nasty case of cabin fever sometimes. I’m thinking of investing in a
wireless Internet notebook so I can get out and be around people more often. Maybe get a little sun and look a little less like gollum.
Laptop Wireless Connection must be the best invention ever. For me anyway. Anything that gets me out of the house is great, but one that lets me get my work done and be around people is truly life changing.
Of course knowing my luck mine will get stolen 3 days after I buy it, or I’ll spill coffee on it the day after the warranty runs out. But oh well. It will be worth it all the same.

Previously setting up a new business was not considered tough as much of the work was done by the small business consultant. Some big consultants such as SAP Consulting Services gave every possible advice and suggestion that was essential not only to start a business but also to reap profits. But recently many consulting companies have come under heavy criticism and their services are avoided as much as one can. One of the reasons for this is that more and more business consultants now try to point problems that are already there. Rather than investigating why and how the problem could be solved they resort o this practice for which they are losing out the confidence of their clients. Also there is a serious question about the integrity of the business consultants. As many cases have cropped up where the consultants themselves had generated a problem so that they could generate income for themselves.

Taking precautions during harassment is a good debt advice . We do not want ourselves entangled in a situation where in the creditors take an upper hand of the situation owing to the fact that one is in debt. The debt advice is to record all incidents, preferably documented. With witnesses around this shall help your cause during harassment. The creditor may walk in any time, may abuse and even threaten arrest or a judicial probe. The debt advice is to always take stock of the situation and not panic. Never break the law in any situation lest you find yourself and the family landing in troubled territory.

solar heat was once relegated to tree huggers and the like, because it wasn’t all that cost effective. All that has changed, however, as the price of solar panels has dropped, and energy prices have risen. Now it can be a great investment.
Solar Radiant Floor Heating Systems look to be a great boon for your bank account as well as the Earth.
Do your homework, though, and be sure you intend to stay in your home long enough to recoup your investment.

If you run a large fleet that carries a consignment of goods there may be some days when there are truly hundreds of consignments being delivered and it can be very difficult to keep track of them. In order to do this effectively you need to bring computer technology to your rescue and install a really good Freight Tracking System, because this will enable you to keep track of every single consignment without having to worry about anything getting lost. It can save so much time it is unbelievable.

Ok, so you may call me a complete wacko, but I’m totally addicted to psychics online. There’s just something perversely titillating about it, and it doesn’t break the bank like phone psychics do.
I keep hearing about Psychic Jobs lately from all sorts of people. I suppose there’s no harm in reading up a bit myself.
Looks like I’m going to cave and give them a try. Curiosity will be the death of me one day I’m sure.
