My Extra Income Comes From a Vacation Rental

Five years ago a friend needed to sell her apartment and was willing to let it go very cheaply. It was a lot of money for me, but I dipped into my savings and bought it. I then went online and listed it online as a vacation rental. Soon I had several requests to rent it and that continued for the next few years. The rental income more than paid the cost of owning the little condo and even generated a nice profit for me. It was enough so that I was able to retire and enjoy the good life.
