December 14th, 2009 . by adminI was at the gas station late Monday evening when a car pulled up behind me and a gal that sort of looked familiar got out of the car to pump some gas. After a minute or two she looked at me the same kind of way. It turned out to be my friend Amanda. The last time we had spoken was about six years ago. At the time she was telling me the average salary court reporter and judges made. I remember the conversation well because she went on to become a court reporter. We finished pumping our gas and exchanged business cards.
