My best friend is the absolutely strongest female I have ever known.  I really do mean that, too: she has faced so much terrible adversity in her life and has managed to triumph time and again.  However, she does not like to admit when she is having problems probably due to the fact that she really despises appearing weak or unable to care for herself.  Well, she has just admitted to me that she is having Sciatica which has sidelined her from her daily life.  She missed a week of work due to the pain, so now we are hoping there is a good way to treat this.
