Diet to Make Your Heart Healthy

I was surprised to learn that one of the first things that you are supposed to do in order to lower your blood pressure naturally is to lose some weight. I asked my doctor about a diet healthy heart and the circulatory system and how it all interconnected with each other. What I found out was, it does not have anything to do with lowering your calories or rather, simply eating a clean diet and getting some exercise.
